Payment
Full payment is required to make a rental reservation. Be advised that a $300 refundable security deposit will be authorized on your credit card approximately 1 hour prior to your rental start time to cover any potential damages or unforeseen circumstances during the rental period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated to Bear Paw Staff at least 24 hours before the scheduled bike rental. Failure to do so will result in the full charge rental fee scheduled. Knoxville's Urban Wilderness contains all-weather trails. Your rental will not be subject to refund in the park is open or partially open. It will only be subject to refund if there is significant rainfall at the time of the rental.
